Kerry’s sister Amy Cotterell, 23, said: “I was really disappointed with the night, I’ve followed his whole career since Fame Academy and have got all his albums and know all the words to his songs.

“I knew he would not be on for the full four hours but didn’t realise he wouldn’t be there until quarter to one. He sang great but the sound wasn’t working properly.”
